CIRCLE OF LIFE
Live calligraphy, projected onto a water wall at Planten un Blomen – combined with sound and light to create a unique moment of sensory experience:
The artist duo cc2, specialising in large-scale light and sound installations in public spaces, is collaborating with the Japanese calligraphy master Koho Kurihara to create ‘Circle of Life’ – a contemporary live performance that combines traditional Japanese calligraphy with audiovisual media art.
Exclusively in Hamburg on 30 May at 9.30 pm by the Parksee in front of the water features
The event is organised by

To achieve the immersive scale of ‘Circle of Life’, CC2 collaborated with rebeam GmbH for sustainable high-brightness projection technology and Tsurumi Deutschland for specialized fluid engineering, ensuring a seamless integration into the park’s aquatic environment.
